Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Baelitae will drive conversation. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Baelitae was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Qualen speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Qualen is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Shax was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shax's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Shax and her spouse have recently divorced.
