Through the years after Malquis was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Murgen was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
