Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cory was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a fancy white suit. His hair is chestnut and very short. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Valanthe alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: She got into the Courier business at a young age. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Courier.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and sabotage a competitor

Description: 5'8" and muscular, this eastern woman wears a yellow vest and prefers red and yellow shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her hair is brown and very short. Her blue eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson yellow hat.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She bought a falchion and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest woman in the east

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Silvo lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ploughman for the past few years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.
