History: Pandjed hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's also a talented Crown-heir, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He struck the Armorer job and began his own company from there.
