Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Locksmith born in the past three hundred years. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He became a Locksmith soon after.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He stands about 6'3" and wears a pastel shirt with thin white vertical stripes and blue pants. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are yellow.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Shadow does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Locksmith born in the past three hundred years. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born to a Mason, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Locksmith. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Locksmith.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Locksmith responsibilities is difficult.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull black iron scale mail. He has wavy chestnut hair. His eyes are violet.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Curran was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his youth he was a Locksmith, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a rapier on her belt. Her gold crest is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes are red.
Personality: Gilkass is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Gilkass was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His ears are large.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.

Description: This late middle aged man wears many layers of old clothing at all times and is in decent physical shape. His orange fur is matted, messy, and big. He is baby faced.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
