He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Tailor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Tordrid was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Tordrid's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Tordrid and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lamlis studied abroad. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
