History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Hupe was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care.
