History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nora was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. After coming to the age of reason, Pyra took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
