Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Marshal business.

History: Hubert hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
