History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Description: She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her hair is white and curly. She has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Merchant arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: Varis is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born in the north. When Varis reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Being a Barrister kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His gold crest is heavily combed to the right. His gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Sethrekar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sethrekar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Sethrekar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Description: The light-skinned woman stands 4'8" and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. She keeps her long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Through the years after Oppah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Oppah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Oppah and her spouse have recently divorced.
