Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Nogu hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nogu grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
