Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Damien was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is an amazing painter.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a red vest and prefers tan and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has red hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Silvo lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Silvo has worked very hard to control his curse. Being a Sellsword kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Seeks redemption.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her cinnamon fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her hazel eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: She got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. Shivering was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shivering decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Shivering never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and further expansion of business

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his mace, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has green eyes and a violet hat with a green feather.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for him, and John does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. John was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He struck the Shipwright job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: She hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-orc people

Description: He wears a grey coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head, and he perpetually has his hand crossbow ready. His black hair is long and unkept. He is baby faced.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her brown robe. Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Loopmottin's homeland. Loopmottin decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Loopmottin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is greedy
