Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.
History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. Ogbur was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Navigator. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a navigator and was forced into it by his family

Description: He is a husky man, who wears an entirely yellow suit with red socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. His ears are large.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a blue vest and prefers white and violet shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears suspenders and brown workpants. Her shirt is red, and she wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. Her lavender fur is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes are blue and catlike.
Personality: She is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Gale was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Beast took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

Personality: Rathkran speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Rathkran is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Rathkran was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barrister, and he later adopted a second son.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
