History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mordai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mordai. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Through the years after Urshar was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Urshar's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She struck the Ruler job and began her own company from there.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Oskar and his spouse have recently divorced.

In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Traulam alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Born in the north to a Bather, Tordek learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has worked as a Bather like his mother before him.
