Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with black slacks. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Layabout and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and doesn't want to be a layabout and was forced into it by his family

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She wears a colorful flower in her black hair. Her eyes are white and catlike.
Personality: Purah hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Purah took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up lance and armor she uses now. After a long history of fighting, Purah and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants a kiss

She accessorizes with a yellow scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Spy born in the past three hundred years. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Thiala was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Spy responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down. His red fur is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are blue and catlike.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Tricking hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Tricking alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Charles was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a tan costume with the symbols of his god on his torso. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His eyes are brown and beady.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Pallabar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Pallabar's homeland. Pallabar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is a great chef.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
