Her gray fur is unkempt and raggedy. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She takes great joy in being the best Glassblower in town.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Glassblower for the past few years.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. She struck the Unemployed job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and balancing her hectic life and new unemployed responsibilities is difficult

Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his mace, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. He has dyed his greying copper crest a little too much giving a sharp copper color. This gold eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Gifted from a young age, Mugrunden studied abroad. Mugrunden was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mugrunden decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Ella liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This western woman is abnormally tall. She wears a brown costume with the symbols of death on her torso. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are likewise copper. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Spice Merchant. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Mayor profession.
History: Cask was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cask fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
