Description: A 5'1" western man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His hair is long and black with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. He has blue eyes and a grey hat with a black feather.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Born in the west to a Sellsword, Bertram learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Dyer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sellsword, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Sage. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Serpent was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His auburn hair is lengthy. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Duergath grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Duergath. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Duergath fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Vaina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Avelina grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
