History: She comes from a rich northern family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp.
