History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
