Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rurik fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has achieved small success as a Jeweler.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Rurik was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A freak accident while working with his Navigator mother left him crippled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carpenter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carpenter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
