History: Mindartis was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Hunter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Hunter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Cartwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He tends to his Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born in the east to a Map Maker, Ellyjoybell learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Map Maker for the past few years.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to work out more often

He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gorfel was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
