History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: He got into the Slave Trader business at a young age. Percival was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Percival decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
