History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Tim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war.
