History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Tûgog was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Butcher. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was born into a rich family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
