History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
