History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

History: Kelter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barrister, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Butcher. Tûkâ enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
