History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Vapula was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Dilettante; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
