Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her blonde hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Sarai was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Sarai decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She wants revenge against drow; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Farideh lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She's also a talented Mason, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This malnourished man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Ar-Kaius was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This man wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His violet leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are hazel.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Bellfounder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She wears a colorful flower in her brown fur. Her fierce yellow eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. When Spring reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Interpreter and was forced into it by her family.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He usually wears his brown robe and has his flail always slung over his shoulder. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Oskar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Born in the north to a Miller, Jebeddo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.
