Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He very much looks the part of a Miner. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines white.
Personality: He is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Miner soon after.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Anthony alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This woman wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her ceremonial dagger with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She has wavy cinnamon fur. Her copper eyes peer out from beneath her feathered pastel hat.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Edge embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: She was born in a small desert village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Edge took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and to reunite with her absent father

Description: She prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her mace, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. Her chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Tana is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Tana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and doesn't want to be a crown-heir and was forced into it by her family
