Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Hugh lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
