History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. She became a Ruler soon after.

Personality: Mordai is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kali fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is his passion; and wants a kiss

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sun grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by unlife.
