History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a violet shirt, with a black mid length shorts with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His black hair is braided into rings. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nim. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She wears long strands of opal and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Ida lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ida was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ida decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Glassblower kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Glassblower and was forced into it by her family; and seeks redemption

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has moderate length brown hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Born to a Miller, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gell fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.
History: Gifted from a young age, Thamuz studied abroad. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Theodoric was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Performer. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bilga grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting brigands, the young Bilga began to lead the lost caravan. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
