She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out.
