Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jarana embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Jarana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Jarana alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Tordrid reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Phann abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a grey collared shirt and violet skirt. She accessorizes with a blue scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt, and is pretty ugly. She has styled her blonde hair well, parting it to the right. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Falkrunn was born with her father's beautiful face. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Tatyan was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
