History: The child of a Junk Dealer, who enjoyed hunting, Decarabia was taken on many hunting expeditions. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
