History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Thiala never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Zanna alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Great lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Mreksh and his spouse have recently divorced.
