History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barkeep for hire.

Description: He has a missing left arm. He prefers to wear green clothing when he does not wear armor. He sports a flattop hair cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gold.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He bought a sickle and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To be a Fletcher again; and obtaining odd cultural tabaxi artifacts is his passion

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His white hair is cut short. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Ûggû was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in rapier use. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To be a Miller again; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and wants to work out more often

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: Gifted from a young age, Decarabia studied abroad. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length black hair. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Pelaios took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He has achieved small success as a Sellsword.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Mialee was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mialee decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
