History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Skog never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Hubert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.
