When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Personality: Oriff speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a Miner, her father struggled to pay the bills. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. After a long history of fighting, Oriff and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Hunter. He tends to his Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Hunter responsibilities is difficult.
