Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Paelias lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Merchant job and began her own company from there.

When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. Recently the stress of being a Herbalist has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
