History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Chad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Chad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Born to a Miller, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Mreksh has worked very hard to control his curse. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Alston was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Alston alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cloak grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Cloak never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: Born in the west to a Hunter, Raer learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Hunter for the past few years.
