Description: An older man who wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair is knotted and matted. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. A true patriot, Wiggan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of a Mercenary, who enjoyed hunting, Wiggan was taken on many hunting expeditions. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
