Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pikar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He is baby faced.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Priest they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sculptor, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his brother

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She has wavy silver hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Geva hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Geva took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor she uses now. She bought a flail and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Assassin.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Engong fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Mindartis hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure.
