History: She comes from a rich southern family. Through the years after Hillanot was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Dabbledob enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She now owns her own business.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Nim was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
