Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Oblar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.
