The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born in the east to a Sailor, Anselm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Hatae hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ranala was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Map Maker. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Bernard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sorath grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Sorath and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion.

History: She was born in the north. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. She became a Carter soon after.

Motivation: Expand her business; and someone believes her a fraud
