History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gifted student he started as a Stableman, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Tawar liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Ridaro was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Crown-heir. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want her driven away; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She worked as a nervous Mason and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
