History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Syllin took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Nordak was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nordak's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
