Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: She was born in the east. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Valanthe alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and revenge

Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Birel enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Birel was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: He dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his quarterstaff, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. He has a very tight haircut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tervaround grew up listening to her father's many stories. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and carries quarterstaffs. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fallond fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. This hazel eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miner. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jebeddo grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
