History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born in the north to a Map Maker, Five learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and balancing his hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Doctor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Doctor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Cecily was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Harriet was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She bought a greatsword and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: This malnourished man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has wavy silver hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thorpe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people
